Dan Goman

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dan Goman is the founder and CEO of Ateliere Creative Technologies, a pioneering cloud-native media supply chain company that enables media enterprises and content creators to reach audiences globally. Recognizing the imminent shift from traditional broadcast to digital, Dan foresaw the industry's necessity to transition its entire media supply chain to the cloud to remain competitive in a digital-first era dominated by technology companies.

He led a team of highly skilled software experts to develop a SaaS-based media supply chain platform, designed for turnkey implementation and operational within days, without requiring substantial capital expenditure. This initiative resulted in Ateliere Connect, a platform that manages the media supply chain from concept to consumer, significantly reducing costs for content owners and enhancing global content monetization. With Ateliere Connect, content owners can now monetize their content on any platform with a single click, as the intelligent automation and seamless integration with any global content platform eliminate traditional cost and time barriers.

Under Dan's leadership, Ateliere continues to push the envelope with its latest Gen AI-driven media supply chain platform. The new generation of Ateliere Connect utilizes sophisticated, continuously learning Gen AI engines to address industry challenges. Notably, the platform can now analyze consumer content demand and suggest optimal monetization strategies to content owners. It also automates the programming and distribution of fast channels based on consumer data. The platform's foundation already incorporates AI through its proprietary FrameDNA™ technology, used by industry giants like Lionsgate, MGM, the World Poker Tour® and other large content studios. This technology significantly reduces AWS storage costs by identifying and eliminating redundant content, offering substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Dan has a strong software background, having held various software-related roles at companies such as Microsoft, Lucent Technologies, AT&T Wireless, and Computer Associates.

Kira Baca

Chief Revenue Officer

A 25-year industry veteran, Baca began her career in the media industry working alongside Hollywood legends Martin Scorsese and Lorne Michaels before transitioning to senior management positions at Technicolor and Deluxe managing global client accounts for Paramount, Disney and others.

As the digital media age evolved, Baca moved to Poland to lead SVP Global Operations at SDI where she oversaw European offices and the mergers and acquisitions of multiple subtitling and dubbing studios and was responsible for identifying global distribution workflow efficiencies to help address speed-to-market requirements.

Leveraging her passion for media technology, Sony New Media Solutions tapped Baca to lead global sales and marketing for their transformative distribution technology solutions where she secured numerous global deals. Baca then joined Rightsline, where she oversaw global revenue operations. She currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Ateliere, where she will continue Ateliere’s incredible momentum and revenue growth throughout 2023 and beyond. An avid animal lover, Kira resides in Chatsworth, CA where she manages her own mini-ranch with her husband Der, daughter Olivia, and dog Millie.

Sonny Sandel

SVP of Global Services

Sonny Sandel is the Head of Professional Services at Ateliere Creative Technologies, where he focuses on creating a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

With extensive experience in IT leadership, Sonny has a proven track record with enterprise system implementations. Before joining Ateliere, he held senior roles at Cognizant. Sonny holds a B.S. in Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Zeenal Thakare

SVP, Enterprise Solutions Architect

Zeenal has been designing, procuring and implementing supply chain technology for over 10 years for some of the largest content companies and studios in the world, such as HBO, AMC, and AWS. She is a visionary media executive acclaimed for driving organizational advancements through scalable and extensible products and technologies.

Her experience in solutions design brings an expanded level of expertise to our customers when creating integrations and technical architectures. Zeenal's first-hand understanding of the customers' needs play an important part of Ateliere's continued expansion of products and solutions.

In recent years, she led technology transformation projects, implementing data-driven tech and ops strategy for the global media supply chain, ad tech integrations, and cloud-based content distribution across D2C, FAST, and B2B streaming.

Andy Hooper

VP of Sales & General Manager, EMEA

Andy has significant leadership experience in product and professional services companies that deliver complex systems solutions to media and streaming companies. He has worked in and led sales, sales engineering and product teams in a variety of situations.

This broad experience, alongside his insight into the business process and workflow challenges of media organizations, means that he can support the growth and development of Ateliere’s revenue team in EMEA as well as Ateliere’s clients in all phases of their buying journey. Andy has worked in all areas of the region and has delivered complex technology systems and projects not just in Europe but also in the Middle East and Africa.
